How we work
Commercial only, and only where we can reach you.
We do not do domestic
That is deliberate. Commercial and public buildings run to a different set of standards, get inspected by different people, and carry a different kind of risk. Doing both well is harder than doing one well, so everything we buy, train and certify is pointed at commercial premises.
Dublin and Leinster, not the whole country
We cover Dublin and the rest of Leinster and we do not claim to cover Ireland. A service contract is only worth the response behind it, and response is a function of distance. If you are outside the area we will say so rather than take the work and let you find out later.
Our own technicians
The technician who commissions your system works for us. Installation does not get handed to whoever is free that week, which is the most common reason a system looks fine on the wall and fails on paper.
Paperwork that stands up
Every visit leaves a dated service report and certification for the system covered. If we find something we cannot fix that day you get it in writing with a price, not a verbal mention on the way out. Your fire safety register is the first thing an inspector reads, and keeping it defensible is part of the job rather than an extra.
