Areas we cover
Dublin and all of Leinster.
Commercial fire safety across the twelve Leinster counties, from our base in Co. Kildare.
We cover Dublin and the rest of Leinster, and we do not claim to cover the whole country. A service contract is only worth the response behind it, and response is a function of distance. If your building is outside Leinster, we will say so rather than take the work and let you find out later.
Wherever the building is, the work is the same: our own technicians, every system measured against its governing Irish standard, and a dated service report and certification after every visit. Contract customers reach our emergency line at any hour, every day of the year.
Where we work
Twelve counties, one team.
Our home county. Naas, Newbridge, Kildare Town, Maynooth, Celbridge, Leixlip, Athy and the business parks in between.
The city and all four Dublin council areas, from period offices and multi tenant blocks to data halls, hospitals and colleges.
Navan, Ashbourne, Ratoath, Dunboyne, Trim and the newer commercial sites along the M2, M3 and M4.
The rest of Leinster
Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Offaly, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow. Same services, same standards, same paperwork.
What we do
Six disciplines, one point of contact.
Design, installation, commissioning and servicing to I.S. 3218, including takeovers of systems someone else installed.
Design, installation and I.S. 3217 testing, including the annual full duration test.
Supply, siting and annual servicing to I.S. 291, with the three yearly discharge test planned in.
Gas and fixed point suppression for server rooms, plant rooms and commercial kitchens.
Two way emergency voice communication for refuge areas, installed and serviced twice a year.
Connection to an alarm receiving centre, with fault investigation and callout for contract customers.
Other areas we cover
Start with a free site survey.
A technician walks the building with you and puts the findings in writing. It is free, there is no obligation to proceed, and the findings are yours either way.
