How a project runs
Four stages, no surprises.
Survey
We walk the building with you and record what is there: panel type and age, zone layout, device count and condition, escape routes, emergency lighting coverage, extinguisher provision. If there is an existing register we read it. If there is not, that tells us something too.
You get a written summary of what is installed, what is not compliant, and what it would take to fix. That is free, and it is yours whether you use us or not.
Design and quotation
Category and coverage are set against I.S. 3218 and the building's use, not against a price target. You get zone drawings, a device schedule, a cause and effect outline, and a fixed quotation that separates the installation from the ongoing servicing so you can see both.
Where a project is going to tender, we provide the pack in the format the specifier asked for.
Installation
Scheduled around your building rather than ours. In live environments, data centres, wards, classrooms, most first fix happens out of hours and every isolation is agreed in writing before it happens. Nothing gets left on test overnight without you knowing.
Existing systems stay functional while the new one goes in. Cutover is planned, dated, and short.
Commissioning and handover
Every device tested and signed off, cause and effect proven, and the certification issued. You get as installed drawings, the zone map, operating instructions, the commissioning certificate and a fire safety register set up and started, not an empty folder.
Then we show whoever manages the building how to do the weekly test properly, because that is the record a fire officer reads first.
