Supply, siting, annual servicing and certification of portable extinguishers for commercial premises across Dublin and Leinster.
Extinguishers are the cheapest part of a fire safety system and the part most often got wrong, usually by having the right number of units in the wrong places, or the wrong type sitting beside the risk it is supposed to cover.
We survey the building, work out what type belongs where, supply and mount the units with signage that can be seen from a distance, and service them annually with certification. Water, foam, CO2, dry powder and wet chemical, plus fixed point automatic units where a portable is not realistic.
The service cycle runs longer than a year. Every extinguisher is discharge tested every three years, with a third of the stock done each year, and at ten years CO2 cylinders are pressure tested or replaced while water, foam, wet chemical and powder units are replaced outright. Skipping those is how a business ends up with a wall of units that all fall due at once.

The right type, beside the risk, on the escape route, at the right height, with signage that can be seen from a distance.
Annual maintenance
Every unit examined, weighed where that applies, and certified, at intervals not exceeding twelve months plus or minus one. Anything that fails is listed rather than quietly swapped and billed.
Discharge test and replacement
Discharge test every three years, run on a third of the stock each year, and replacement at ten years. We do the three yearly test by service exchange, so nothing is left off the wall.

A visual check you do yourself: right unit, right place, seal intact, gauge in the green, nothing stacked in front of it.
