How often should my fire alarm system be serviced?
If your premises has more than 20 devices, or is a place of residence, the fire alarm system should be serviced four times a year. Premises with fewer than 20 devices are serviced twice a year.
If my fire alarm system has a fault, what should I do?
Contact our 24/7 service line. Initial investigation begins over the phone, and we'll decide whether the fault can be rectified remotely or needs a visit from one of our engineers.
How much does it cost to have my fire alarm system serviced?
Pricing varies by building and system type. Contact us to arrange a site survey and we'll give you an accurate quotation, no obligation.
The tamper seal on my fire extinguisher is damaged. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. Depending on our findings we will either reseal or replace the extinguisher.
How often should my emergency lights be inspected?
Emergency lights need four tests per year: three 30-minute inspections and one 3-hour inspection. For our customers, we coordinate these with quarterly fire alarm checks.
